In addition to various kinds of products, our company is able to provide customer with technical service such as R&D for a great many types of pumps, localized modification for imported pumps, design of pumps with special performance and pump selection or modification. Besides, facing with the continuously improving market demand, we are focusing on innovating new products by introducing foreign advanced technology. We provide a complete set of service to customer from product selection, modification and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, maintenance, emergency repair and overhaul planning.
Early in the beginning of 1999, we started the "zero stock" service for some certain customers according to their reserve list of pump accessories and wearing parts, i.e. the pump accessories can be available even though the customers are out of any pump accessories in their stock. The "zero stock" service is that we deposit the pump accessories commonly used by customers into our stock set up in customers' warehouse and they could take as any accessories as they need of which the accounts would be settled by month; plus we provide complete set of service in all aspects for customers via reasonable discount, high-quality products and quick responding after sales service system.
At beginning of every year, the customers, who need pump inspection and maintenance, would come to our company to sign frame agreement with us about purchasing pump accessories required for one year's maintenance. The frame agreement defines the price, ensures quality and supply priority and also defines the rights and obligations for every party. Besides, we would reach agreements with customers about normal operation of their pump equipments on production units. We would be responsible for routine maintenance and inspection for customers' pump equipments and provide emergency repair for breakdown equipments, repair planning and other extended services.
We are now struggling for adapting the big companies' development trends of maintenance outsourcing and choosing the development pattern of specialization, refinement and individuation, which is the only correct and brilliant strategy for small and medium enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
